A man that needs little introduction. Our chef owner Luke is a self taught professional, perfecting his culinary skills all while being a very young business owner. 

Our glamourous hostess Emma, alongside Luke, has run the Pack Horse together now for over seven years. As well as smashing it professionally, Emma is also super mum to Elliot (and 3 dogs).

Anyone who has visited before, is well aware how great a job Lola does at welcoming you all through the door. With a just a small offering of a treat (she'll guide you to the bowl), she will allow you to pass and move on to the next lovely guest to welcome.

Jodie always ensures you have an amazing time, always listening and willing to help in any way. Her professionalism and kindness comes through in every element of her work.

Gabby's infectious energy makes every dining experience unforgettable. From dazzling smiles to impeccable service, Gabby goes above & beyond to make you feel right at home.

Paul brings invaluable experience and knowledge to our diverse team. A man with a great sense of humour, always on hand to keep the spirits high.

A true grafter, Pedro has helped elevate us all to new heights. With Pedro in our ranks, we all sleep better at night knowing the clean down is no match for our kitchen team. He also happens to be an outstanding chef.
